We understand the current global situation has created some uncertainty amongst many of our clients. However, rest assure we are here to help you work through these challenging times both physically and mentally.

 

Private, Duet and Semi-Private Group classes are available face to face.

   

All current and new clients will need to show proof of double vaccination as per NSW Health guidelines. Signing in/ out of the Studio's is mandatory and please use hand sanitiser pre/ post your session.
